Michigan Congressman John Conyers complained about not having the time to read the trillion-plus dollar health care bill that he voted an emphatic “yes” on anyway. Apparently if taxpayers want to make sure Conyers reads something, they’ll have to stick it inside a nudie magazine:
I think this was taped before his wife and ex-Detroit Councilwoman, Monica Conyers, had to begin her prison stretch (we’re so proud of our politians in Michigan), so the “give me a break, the wife’s in jail” excuse doesn’t fly.
